Trade & Craft

Best quality, fair prices, good service. Everyone in trade and craft says that. What actually sets one workshop apart from the next often stays unsaid. We make identities and digital homes for owner-led businesses and craft that show that: not what everyone claims, but what you actually are. Substance, turned into a brand you can recognise.

Challenges

In trade and craft, reputation decides. What held for a long time is under pressure: online competition, a generational change at the top, missing young people. We translate what made a business strong into a form that also holds tomorrow.

Good work. Barely visible.

The work speaks for itself. Almost nobody hears it. Who doesn't advertise loudly gets overlooked, even with better craft. We make quality visible, without selling it like a market crier.

Old brand. New owners.

Handover decides what stays and what renews. We accompany that step in design: a brand that respects the inheritance and belongs to the next generation.

Known locally. Invisible digitally.

The good name often ends at the city limit. Buying today starts online, even at the shop around the corner. We connect regional strength with digital visibility, exactly where new customers look.

Open roles. No applicants.

Finding good people is harder today than finding good commissions. Job ads alone don't do it. A brand people want to work for does. We make visible why a business is more than a job.

Our process

What's the context? At the start of every process is the engagement with you, your vision and your world. With that vision in sight we set our focus and begin to find answers, based on an idea, to the challenges of your project. As individual as you are.

How we work together

Communication is only good if it's understood. That also holds for the tools of how we work together. As a client you get access to your own dashboard. Chat, mail, calendar, files, links. All of it in one place, so we're always one click away.

Common questions

Does a craft business need a brand strategy?

Many craft businesses don't even ask, because "brand" sounds like a large group, not like a workshop. Especially where the owner has been the brand for years, the reputation hangs on one person and years of good work. That's a strength, and a risk. A strategy turns that personal trust into something that holds without the founder. It holds what the business stands for, and makes it visible outside.

Brand work, is it worth it for a small business?

That depends on your plans, and that's fine. Not every business needs the same answer at the same moment. A brand that works today is not automatically prepared for what comes next: growth, handover, new competition. In the free first conversation we don't only want to meet you. We want to understand your aims and your vision, so we can find the path that fits your specific plan.

We already have a logo. Isn't that enough?

A logo already feels, especially for small businesses, like a finished piece of brand. Even better if you can identify with what the logo carries. In truth it's always more of a start than a complete brand. The real question is whether everything around it fits. Vehicle, shop window, website, the tone on the phone. A brand is the whole picture, not only the mark in the top left. Sometimes that needs a new logo. Sometimes it's enough to use the existing corporate design consistently.

How do you modernise an old brand without losing regulars?

The worry is fair. What grew over decades, you don't want to risk for a short-lived trend. At the same time, an appearance that no longer reflects current stance, structure or even the work itself, eventually works against the business. The path in between is careful, not fearful. We keep the familiar recognisable, and let the new do its work, always along the question of what actually carried the business, and what is only held out of habit.

Does a brand help against the shortage of skilled people?

Good people are harder to find than they used to be. A brand is no miracle cure. It does create a surface for identification for people who might be interested. Together we work out what you stand for, sharpen what's already there, and make a clear brand that works inside and out. Outside: someone looking for a role recognises faster whether the business fits, before the first conversation. Inside: the people already there identify more with what they carry every day.

Do you work for a particular company size?

We work from a one-person workshop to an industrial company. Size isn't what counts. Whether you take your brand seriously is. What you aim for, and which path is right for that task, we clarify in a free first conversation. Regardless of how large the company is. We adapt to what you need. For a small business that might mean building a brand the owner can carry in daily life. For a larger company it might mean holding many sites, products or departments under one clear appearance. The task shifts. The standard stays the same.
