Improving Würzburgs public transport: creating offline and online assets for a cross-party communications campaign.
Context
One for all—and all for a referendum. When seven parties unite for a common cause, it must be significant: the choice between maintaining free parking on the Talavera and the opportunity for free local transport in Würzburg's city zone. Regardless of age, interests, or residential area, Würzburg residents should be encouraged to cast their vote. Their vote is for a mobile, sustainable, and fair future.
Process
A clear and comprehensive communication strategy is implemented through both digital and analog means. Information is presented at various levels, emphasizing the added value for Würzburg and its citizens. Low-threshold interaction opportunities reduce barriers to participation, instill hope, and encourage courage—potentially exceeding the original goals of the campaign.
Five narratives highlight different aspects of the campaign, targeting various audience segments. Strategically placed posters cater to the needs of specific urban areas, capturing viewers' interest. Cross-media connections encourage people to learn more and engage on the homepage and social media. Additionally, a flyer delivered to every mailbox provides a thorough range of information. Recurring elements ensure consistent recognition across all channels.
